If your doctor doesn’t have a Medicai account, you can still easily share your MRI study with them using one of the following methods:
1. Request a Consultation via Email Invitation
• Step 1: Select the MRI study you want to share by clicking the checkbox next to the file.
• Step 2: Click the “Request Consultation” option from the sharing menu.
• Step 3: Enter the doctor’s email address in the pop-up window.
What happens next: The doctor will receive an email invitation with access to the study. Your personal contact information will not be visible to them.
2. Share via Public Link
If you prefer to share the MRI study with a link, follow these steps:
• Step 1: Open your Personal Archive and go to “My Files.”
• Step 2: Click the checkbox next to the study you want to share.
• Step 3: Click the “Share by Link” option. This will generate a link that you can copy (the link remains valid for 72 hours).
• Step 4: Share the link via email, SMS, or any other preferred communication channel.
Important: The recipient can access the MRI study through the link without needing a Medicai account.
Tips Before Sharing:
• Make sure your MRI study is saved in My Files by selecting “Save to My Files” if it was shared with you by someone else.
• Once the file is saved, you can find it under the “My Files” tab for easy access.
