To close your account, you can either chat with our AI Agent or send us an email at [email protected] with:
• The email address you use to log in
• The date your account was created (you’ll find this in Menu -> Profile Settings, under your name)
Once we’ve confirmed the details, we’ll process the deletion and notify you when it’s done.
Account deletion is not reversible and all your data will be deleted. You will lose any access to your account. Please make sure that you backup your data before proceeding any further.
