How to use the “My Cases” section in Medicai

The My Cases section in Medicai shows only the cases where you are directly involved, whether you are a doctor, referrer or a member of the medical staff collaborating on the case.

In this video, you will learn how to:

  • Create a new case

  • Add medical imaging, such as DICOMs from a CD or local folder

  • Upload other documents like PDFs, Word files, images, or videos

  • View imaging using Medicai’s DICOM viewer

  • Share the case with colleagues or external doctors

  • Use comments and chat to collaborate in real time

  • Add labels to organize cases

  • Filter and find cases
