How to Collaborate with Your Colleagues on Cases in Medicai

Learn how to invite and work with colleagues on patient cases directly in Medicai.

1. Navigate to https://app.medicai.io/doctor/cases and search for your patient's name or SSN

2. Select the case and click on it to see your patient medical files. For collaboration, use the Manage members button.

3. Click on the search field. Here you can type in the name or the email address of the person whom you want to invite.

4. If they have a Medicai account
Type in the doctor’s name and as you write the name, you will receive name suggestions to help you recognise faster the doctor’s account whom you want to invite.
Because they already have an account, they will receive an email and in-app notification saying that they have been invited to that case by you.

5. Do you want to invite a doctor who doesn't have a Medicai account yet? Add his email address and send him an invitation to join your case.
He will receive an email notification letting them know that you invited them to a case in the medical imaging platform, Medicai, and to access it, they need to create first an account.

6. Click "Share"

7. Then open the chat..

8. And start a conversation with your colleagues

9. Or start a video call.

10. You can invite your colleagues to talk about your patient's entire file, including imaging. Use the video call for a consultation and multidisciplinary meetings also.
