Learn how to upload imaging investigations like CT, MRI, or PET-CT from CDs, as well as other medical documents such as PDFs, Word files, and images directly into Medicai. Start by creating a new case, select the files you need, and easily store everything in one place. Collaborate with other doctors by sharing cases via email or keep your records private—Medicai offers a seamless and secure way to manage all patient-related files.

  1. Log in to https://app.medicai.io/. In the Medical Archive, click on Upload Files.

2. To upload a DICOM file (e.g., MRI, CT, PET-CT), select the option Upload Imaging Investigations.

3. Then, select the DICOM file (from your computer or directly from an inserted CD). The file does not need to be archived, as the Medicai system can handle the entire file, regardless of its size and click on the Open button.

4. Click Upload

5. You can now choose to upload another MRI/CT or upload additional medical documents, such as DOC, DOCX, PDF, PNG, JPEG, or video files.

6. Select the file(s) and then click on Open

7. Done! You’ve successfully uploaded files to your free Medicai account.
