In Medicai, DICOM images can be viewed directly through the integrated OHIF viewer, designed for seamless access to DICOM files, including CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, and others, without the need for additional software. The viewer is available on both the web platform and the Medicai mobile app.

If your hospital or clinic is integrated with PACS or other imaging devices, investigations are automatically accessible in Medicai. Additionally, Mac users can view investigations via OsiriX, an option that can be activated upon request.
