How do I contact a doctor or clinic through Medicai?

Medicai provides a secure and efficient way to send your medical records electronically to doctors or clinics. You can easily connect with a doctor or clinic either from your Medicai account or via a public link provided by them.

Steps to send your medical records from your patient account:

• Request a consultation from your account by adding the appropriate doctor or clinic, or by accessing the link provided to you.

• Fill in the form with your personal information.

• Attach all relevant medical files to your case—imaging, lab results, investigations, referrals from your family doctor, and more.

• Send the files.

• Wait for the acceptance of your request.

If you already have a complete medical archive in your Medicai account, you can request a new consultation by quickly and simply selecting the documents directly from the archive.

Sending your medical records via a public link:

• If you don’t have a Medicai account, you can use the public link provided by the doctor or clinic to quickly upload your medical records.

• Once uploaded, the file will be sent directly to the doctor or clinic.

After sending your file, the doctor or clinic will follow up with additional details or a response based on their availability. You will be notified of any updates, including if further documents are needed or if the clinic contacts you through the platform’s chat.

Important!

Please note that Medicai facilitates the transfer of medical records, but appointments and consultations are managed directly by the clinic or doctor.
