Scenario 1: The DICOM file is archived

Problem: Errors occur when attempting to upload files directly from a CD.

Solution:

1. Copy the contents of the CD to your computer.

2. Upload the files from local storage instead.

3. Ensure the files are in DICOM format (commonly .dcm).

Solution:

1. Test your internet speed on Speedtest.net and select the Amsterdam server.

2. Use the latest version of Google Chrome, the recommended browser.

3. We recommend using Google Chrome. To clear your browser cache:

• Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data, and select Cached images and files.

4. Retry the upload.
