A public page is a unique, personalized page created for you in Medicai, designed to simplify the sharing and receiving of medical files and investigations. It provides a secure and efficient way to connect with patients or colleagues.

How can I use my Public Page?

1. Share via link: Copy your public page link and share it through any communication channel, such as email, messaging apps, or social media, to enable others to upload their medical files.

2. Send via email through Medicai: Use the “Send link” feature within Medicai. Enter the recipient’s email address, and they’ll receive your personalized link directly in their inbox, making it easy for them to send you files securely.

What does “reset” mean for a Public Page link?

Resetting your public page link means generating a new link and invalidating the old one. Once reset, the old link becomes inactive, and users will see a message indicating that it’s no longer available.

This is especially useful if you wish to stop receiving files from certain users or need to reorganize your workflow. After resetting, you can decide who receives the new link.

What happens after I send the link?

If sent via email: The recipient (a patient or another doctor) will receive an email notification containing your personalized link, which they can use to upload investigations and medical files.

If shared via other channels: When the recipient clicks the link, it opens an upload form displaying your details at the top. They can securely upload their files from there.

Whenever someone uploads files using your link, you’ll receive an email notification. The uploaded files will appear under the Requests page in your Medicai menu.

Can the same link be used multiple times?

Yes, your public page link can be reused as many times as needed, as long as it remains active. If you haven’t reset it, anyone with access to the link can continue using it to send investigations.

How many files can someone upload?

There’s no limit to the number of files they can upload through the public page form. Recipients can send multiple files in one session.
