This feature is available only in Standard and Enterprise plans.

1. Set up your Public Page

  • Log into your Medicai account

  • Go to Profile > Public Page

  • Review or update your displayed information: name, specialty, clinic

  • Copy the generated link — you can add it to your email signature or website

2. The patient fills out the form

When the patient opens your Public Page, they can:

  • Enter their contact details

  • Upload medical files (DICOM images, lab results, PDF documents, etc.)

  • Add a short message or question if needed

3. You receive a new request

  • You’ll be notified in the Requests section of your Medicai account

  • You can preview the submitted data and files

  • Choose whether to accept or decline the request

4. Once accepted, a case is automatically created

  • The patient’s case appears under My Cases

  • You can review all documents and imaging using the built-in DICOM viewer

  • Add clinical notes, upload a report, or share the case with other doctors

5. Communicate with the patient

  • You can leave comments in the case if the patient has a Medicai account

  • If your payment profile is active, you can send a payment link directly from the case

Tips

  • Add your Public Page link to your email signature to receive patient cases easily

  • You can also use the form for initial triage, even if the consultation happens offline later
