First, log into your Medicai account, select your workspace (clinic, hospital, or personal), and click on “Share Public Link.”
You then have two options to invite the patient:
1. By email:
• Enter the patient’s email and click “Send Link.”
• The patient will receive an email, and your contact details will remain private.
2. By public link:
• Copy the generated public link and share it via SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
• The patient can use this link to upload their file without needing a Medicai account.
You’ll be notified once the file is uploaded, and you can review it immediately.
