How to request a doctor or clinic directly from your patient account
You can contact the doctor or clinic directly from your patient account simply and quickly. Request a consultation and find the clinic or doctor from the search option. If you have the doctor's address, you can add it directly, so a link with your file will be sent to the doctor. Even if the doctor is not in the community, an invitation will be sent to him instantly, and after creating the account, your file will be immediately available.
How to request a doctor or clinic through public link
If you don't have an account, you can use the doctor's or clinic's public link to quickly upload your electronic file. Once accessed, this link will direct you to the page where you can attach your documents and medical imaging. In this way, a medical file will be created that will reach the account of the doctor you want to call. Depending on the doctor's specialization and level of employment, your request will receive a response.
Once the electronic medical record is sent through the application, the doctor or clinic reception can request additional details or documents.
You will be notified of any changes – if additional documents are required, if your medical record is accepted, if the doctor or clinic reception contacts you via the platform chat and more.
