You can share your scan even if your doctor doesn’t have a Medicai account. Once you enter their email, they’ll receive an invitation to create a free, secure account to access your scan.

Steps to share your scan:

1. Open your Medical Archive

  • This is where all your medical files are stored, including scans shared by your clinic.

2. Tap the “Save” button next to the scan

  • This moves the scan from the clinic’s space to your personal archive.

3. Accept Medicai’s data processing terms

  • Confirm that you agree to share your medical information securely.

4. Send the scan

  • Enter your doctor’s email address and continue.

5. After sending the invitation

  • Once the invite is sent, a secure access link will be generated automatically.

  • You’ll find this link in the My Cases section.

  • You can copy and send the link via email, text, or any other channel.
