How to sign up and access your Medicai account

Quickly create your Medicai doctor account and access shared imaging files, manage cases, and collaborate with your team.

You received an invitation to access a study, a case, or to join a workspace in Medicai?

This means someone shared medical files with you or invited you to be part of a clinic’s team.

To proceed, you first need to create a secure account as medical staff.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Open the invitation email

    Click on “Create a SECURE Account.”

  2. Fill in your details

    Add your name, email, and a secure password. Accept the terms and create your account.

  3. Personalize your profile

    Add a photo (optional), contact details, and choose your role.

  4. Join or create a workspace

    Search for your clinic or create a personal workspace if you are an external collaborator.

  5. Access shared files

    Go to the Drive section to see the files shared with you.

Once inside, you can review scans, manage cases, and collaborate securely with your team.
