How do I add medical documents to an already created case

This guide offers instructions for adding medical documents to an existing file, helping users update or complete medical records.

1. From My Files, search for the file you want to update by patient name

2. Select the folder

3. Click on +Add files

4. Choose option 3: Upload medical documents from your PC or CD

5. Select the folder where the desired document or documents are located

6. Select the document you want to upload, then click Open

7. Immediately after the document is uploaded, it appears in the bottom info bar: Complete upload

8. As soon as the upload is complete, the document can be viewed
