Medicai helps you keep your case list clear and easy to manage by allowing you to set priority, status, and labels for each case. These options are especially useful when collaborating with your team or working with a large number of cases.

Settings you can adjust:

  • Priority: choose from STAT, Urgent, Routine, Medium, or Low

  • Status: mark cases as New, In Progress, Needs Review, or Completed

(Need custom statuses? Let us know and we’ll set them up for you)

  • Labels: add meaningful tags like Tumor Board, Post-op, Trauma, etc.

You can make these changes either from the full list (My Cases) or from inside each individual case.

🔍 Smart filtering

Create and save filters so you can quickly focus on what matters most: urgent cases, assigned to you, completed ones, or cases from a specific board or meeting.
