How do I add a partner organization to my case?

How to add a partner clinic to a Medicai case: simple steps for sharing cases and collaborating efficiently.

1. Find the patient’s case

Go to the “My Cases” section on https://app.medicai.io/, search for the patient using their name or ID, and click “Send.”

2. Send the request to the partner clinic

• Search for the partner clinic in the available list by name.

3. Add a message (optional)

If desired, leave a message for the partner clinic before sending the request.

4. The request is sent instantly

The partner clinic will receive a real-time notification and can access your request immediately.

Note: You will receive email notifications for any updates, and the partner clinic can add documents or respond directly within the case.
